Biodeal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced and high-impact Manager / Senior Manager Business Development to strengthen our leadership team at the Corporate Office, Noida. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capability to drive sustainable business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive new business development initiatives in domestic pharmaceutical markets
• Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead preparation and review of business proposals, presentations, contracts, and tender documentation
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Plant, QA, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth project execution
• Mentor and guide junior business development team members

Candidate Profile:

• 5 12 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical Business Development / B2B sales
• Strong exposure to domestic and international markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Leadership experience with the ability to drive teams and results
• Strong planning, execution, and reporting skills
