Key Responsibilities

● Counsel prospective students and guide them regarding suitable college and course options.

● Handle inbound and outbound leads to generate admissions.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

● Understand student requirements and recommend the best-fit programs.

● Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

● Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

● Stay updated with higher education trends, courses, and university offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

● 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Academic Counselling (EdTech experience preferred).

● Excellent communication and convincing skills.

● Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.

● Target-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
