Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode for a Business Development & Operations Manager. The candidate will be responsible for actively pitching creative services to prospective brands, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day activities across Lemochi Creative Studio. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting in-person client meetings, developing structured content calendars, conducting creative research, and assisting with social media management. The role also requires traveling for client pitches and on-location video shoots in and around Erode to support production coordination, manage timelines, and ensure seamless client communication.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant discipline (Fresh graduates with strong initiative are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of experience preferred).

* Active business development, prospecting, and pitching skills to onboard new brand clients.

* Strong client relationship and account management skills to handle communications from onboarding through project delivery.

* Ability to plan, organize, and create comprehensive social media content calendars based on audience trends and brand goals.

* Strong content research skills to brainstorm creative hooks, reel concepts, and campaign strategies.

* Willingness and ability to travel locally in and around Erode for client pitches and production shoots.

* Strong organizational and coordination skills to oversee ongoing studio activities and project delivery schedules.

* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

* Comfort working on-site in Erode in a fast-paced creative studio environment.
