About this role
Drive B2B sales from the Region for Ed-Tech software
Identify, pitch, and on-board schools, coaching institutes, and education partners
Conduct product demos for principals, directors, and decision-makers
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Develop long-term relationships with schools and channel partners
Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contracts
Track sales performance, guide and maintain CRM updates for Self
Product pitching, handle completion and market trends
Take ownership of the Region for Sales revenue and Collection
Represent the company at education events, exhibitions, and meetings
Required Skills&Experience
8–10 years of experience in Ed-Tech / Education sales
Strong understanding of school ecosystem (K-12 preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field sales and travel
Experience selling software, SaaS, LMS, ERP, or educational content
Target-driven and self-motivated mind-set
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Education
Prior experience dealing with school owners, principals, trustees
Education Administration and compliance awareness
Teacher Training and student counselling / Admission exposure
Familiarity with CRM tools/ AI and sales reporting
Exposure to Regional education market.
