About this role
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our Private Label Manufacturing business segment. The ideal candidate will focus on building order books by acquiring key enterprise clients across Home Care, Personal Care, Kitchen Care, and Healthcare verticals.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire enterprise-level clients and major brands (e.g., Amazon, DMart, Reliance, Target) for private label manufacturing orders.
* Order Book Growth: Proactively manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles to build and sustain a strong order book.
* Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-value contract negotiations, pricing structures, and commercial terms.
* Relationship & Cycle Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing cycles, production capabilities, and delivery timelines with client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Private Label Manufacturing / B2B Sales.
* Track Record: Proven success in enterprise client acquisition and revenue generation.
* Skills: Strong commercial negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic deal closing skills.
* Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of manufacturing cycles and B2B operational dynamics.
* Location: Mumbai (Preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
* CTC: 10,000,000 – 1,300,000 PA (10 – 13 LPA)
