About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Manager with strong experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, client meetings, pitching digital marketing solutions and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
• Pitch Digital Marketing services and prepare proposals.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.

Required Skills

• Digital Marketing Agency experience – 3+ Years
• Strong B2B sales & client acquisition experience
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SMM, Performance & Influencer Marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-oriented and proactive
• Must have a two-wheeler
