About Us:

The Big Fitout Co is Delhi/NCR's turnkey interior fit-out contractor since 1980 with 110+ finished projects, factory in Todapur. We are launching a dedicated Hospital / Hotel Interiors vertical focused on Sustainable Materials + NABH-Aligned execution (adapted from NABH.co - QCI). Our positioning: We Don't Just Build Beautiful Hospitals. We Build Hospitals That Are Safe, Sustainable, and NABH-Ready. Low-VOC, formaldehyde-free, anti-bacterial surfaces, FSC wood, recycled aluminium, 30 Days Delivery, 10 Year Warranty.

Role:

Founding hire - Build client pipeline from ground up in Delhi/NCR - High ownership - 0 to 1 builder, not maintainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline: Identify new hospital/Hotel fit-out opportunities - new builds, expansions, renovations - Build Multi Cr weighted pipeline in 90 days - 8-10 raw leads/week - Track GeM tenders, industry news, NABH/IGBC/GRIHA

• Relationship: Build relationships with hospital admins, facility managers, healthcare architects, medical equipment consultants (Philips, GE, Siemens), PMC/EPC firms - Build 15 referral partners (5 finance - Tata Capital Healthcare, Bajaj, HDFC + 5 equipment + 5 operators/NABH consultants/CA) - Attend site visits, client meetings, conferences

• Sales & Proposals: Full L0-L6 funnel - Lead gen to closure - Work with design & estimation for NABH-compliant proposals - NBC 2016 Part 4 Facility Safety, NCDC IPC 2024 Infection Zoning, BMW Rules 2016 waste handling, HVAC/pressure OT/ICU, MoHUA accessibility - Prepare pitch decks, case studies tailored to healthcare - Tender/RFP responses

• Market Knowledge: Stay current on NABH 5th Edition, ECBC 2017, NBC, BMW, AERB, IGBC Green Healthcare - Advise teams on sustainable materials - Low-VOC paints, Corian, copper-touch handles, FSC wood, 60% local sourcing

• Reporting: Maintain Lead Management System /CRM on daily basis, - Weekly Team review Meeting on Monday 11AM

Requirements:

3-6 years BD/Sales in hospital fit-outs, healthcare infra, medical equipment, or hospitality fit-outs. Network with hospital admins/architects/PMC in Delhi/NCR preferred. Understanding of NABH, infection-control basics, healthcare tendering. Strong communication, proposal writing, negotiation - Value selling, no discount selling. Graduate - MBA/B.Tech/B.Arch preferred. Builder mindset, travel across NCR.
