Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager / Executive reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Based at our Janaadhar Instabuild Precast Plant in Bangalore, your core focus will be driving and expanding our precast contracting business, engaging key clients, and promoting precast solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Outreach: Proactively target and meet prospective clients including developers (residential, commercial, institutional, schools, colleges, hospitals, hostels) and architects to promote precast solutions and generate leads.
• Pipeline & Deal Closure: Build, manage, and nurture a robust business development pipeline to secure new precast contracting projects for the Bangalore plant.
• Technical Pitching & Consultation

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualifications & Background: Civil Engineer / Structural Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience in the precast industry.
