About this role
- Identify and acquire new clients across healthcare, education, real estate, automobile, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, BFSI and other relevant sectors.
- Connect with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Media Planners, Advertising Agencies, Business Owners and other key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, industry contacts and direct outreach.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable Apartment Times advertising and community outreach solutions.
- Sell media solutions including print advertisements, lift branding, outdoor branding, society branding, WhatsApp and app push notifications, digital campaigns, events and society activations.
- Prepare customised proposals, presentations, media plans and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations independently.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal operations, creative and campaign teams for smooth execution of committed deliverables.
