You ll work across initially acquiring homes for us in the city, working with and building the Channel side of the business, as well as driving on ground operations and sales over the course of the first few months. As things evolve, you ll specialize on the purchase and channel relationship building sides.

Your days will be filled with learning - arithmetic must come naturally to you, as must the practicality of business. You ll learn the ropes of the business model, and subsequently be figuring a lot of stuff out yourself, with support from our leadership team.

You ll be comfortable speaking with both internal and external stakeholders. You ll routinely be negotiating for favorable business outcomes, and will become a master at understanding human behavior, emotion, setting and meeting expectations, both internally and externally. You ll build an incredible skillset, positioning you perfectly to grow to be a business owner as you progress in your career.

What will you do

In all honesty, you re someone who can do everything. Be it picking up the phone to call customers, onboarding and evaluating vendors, hunting to onboard fresh Channel Partners, handling leads andpurchase closures, running negotiations to close transactions, explaining legal nuances to customers - you will be able to drive it all with aplomb.

You re someone who will be invested in the success of the business as a city, and will invest overall in doing exactly what it takes to get things there in the short term. You won t have a permanent definition of what you do , but will thrive in the varied nature of expectations from you. You ll have one simple

goal - quantifiable progress in driving scalability of the city business. You ll work with that North Star.

What you should bring to the table

• 3-6 years of real estate experience, with an analytical mindset, and having executed in the sales world
• Already located in Mumbai (Ideally Western Line)
• Some contacts within and understanding of the Mumbai real estate market today
• An understanding of Mumbai s geography
• Enthusiasm to work with CRM systems and drive value through them
• Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi and potentially some other languages
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, formal and informal (English)
• Good communication skills - verbal (Hindi/English)
• A go-getter attitude, with the will to do what it takes and be flexible with a pure outcome focus
• Comfort with targets execution planning!
• Willing to travel within Mumbai regularly (you should love being in the field!)
