*Requirements:*

3–5+ years in B2B Sales / Pest Control / Facilities Management

The ideal candidate should be a target-oriented and proactive business development professional with strong

B2B sales experience and the ability to generate new business, develop key accounts, negotiate contracts, and build

long-term client relationships.

Candidates with existing experience and networks in the UAE pest control, facilities management, cleaning,

hygiene, or environmental services sector will be considered favorably.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pest control, facilities management, environmental services, or B2B service sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
• Knowledge of UAE pest control regulations and government tender procedures will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license is preferred/required for the role.
• Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
