Capital One Trading & Co. is a manufacturer and wholesaler of authentic palm-based products, including Palm Jaggery, Palm Candy, Palm Jaggery Powder and other traditional palm products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and monitor the B2B sales team.
- Set and track individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and monitor team performance.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
- Generate and convert B2B customers through cold calling, inbound and digital leads.
- Handle leads from Meta, Zoho Bigin, IndiaMART and existing databases.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead conversion.
- Monitor CRM activities, lead stages, quotations and conversions.
- Identify new wholesalers, distributors, retailers and institutional customers.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value B2B deals.
- Develop strategies to improve sales conversion and repeat business.
- Monitor sales reports, productivity and team performance.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Previous experience in team handling or telesales/inside-sales management.
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good understanding of sales targets and conversion processes.
- Experience with CRM software; Zoho Bigin experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and follow-up skills.
- FMCG, food products, wholesale or distribution experience is an advantage.
- Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
