Business Development Manager

Summary

Qtonix Software, a CMMI Level 3 and ISO-certified leader in digital marketing, web development, and mobile app solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts for digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, web design/development, and mobile app development) while managing a team of associates. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive team performance, build client relationships, and ensure alignment between sales strategies and business goals.

• Team Leadership Performance Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Take ownership of the teams total sales performance, ensuring both collective and individual targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor individual performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Sales Strategy Business Growth: Design and implement innovative strategies to generate leads, prepare compelling proposals, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Oversee the sales process for digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, Web Design/Development, Mobile Apps) targeting international clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Client Market Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients, adapting to diverse time zones.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine sales tactics and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Collaboration Training: Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to align sales strategies with service delivery.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new joiners and existing employees to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and performance.
• Reporting Accountability: Provide detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, team progress, client feedback, and strategy outcomes.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing services with international clients.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and international market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
