Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the hospitality industry to drive new business, build client relationships, and generate opportunities across corporate, MICE, events, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, corporate clients, and event stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry connections, and market research.
• Pitch and present company services to prospective clients and partners.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, costing, and project handover.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, and hospitality networks.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in hospitality, MICE, events, or experiential businesses.
• Strong existing network within the hospitality and corporate sector.
• Experience working with hotels, resorts, venues, corporate clients, or MICE partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to convert leads into business.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Salary:- 50k - 60k
