Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth by managing enquiries, building industry relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Enquiry Management
Handle and respond to all inbound enquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and website forms. Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about services offered.

Client Meetings & Conversions
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present services, and work towards converting enquiries into confirmed business.

B2B Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, and other industry partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen the companys network.

Referral Generation
Actively generate referrals through existing clients, industry partners, and professional networks to increase the lead pipeline.

Sales Strategy
Contribute towards developing and implementing effective sales strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall business growth.

Lead Management & Follow Ups
Maintain proper tracking of leads and enquiries, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage the sales funnel from enquiry stage to closure.

Preferred Experience
