Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for overall Project Specification & Volume Achievement for Regular / Volume products for entire Bangalore

2. To be conduct Young Architects Meet, Influencers enrollment & Lunch and Learn with Key Architecs 

3. Closely working with Architects for timely specification, follow-ups & conversion

4. Handling Key Accounts 

5. Understanding market Universe and Monitoring coverage & reach as per Building material segment

6. Tracking CRM Systems for Projects Pipeline

7. Drive Greenlam Privilege Club- Enrollment & engagement 

Desired Skill Set:

1. Excellent communication and Presentation Skill as well as interpersonal skills

2. Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, MS Office (Mandatory)

3. Should have good Connects with Architecs, Builders & ID's 

4. Should have minumum knowledge in Discounts, schemes & payments collections of customers
