• Subject Matter Expertise:
• Solution expertise for the Distillery process
• Knowledge on enzyme technology and applicability in Sugar and Sugar plants
• Strong knowledge of benefits of enzyme.
• Good sales abilities as well as customer relationship management and project execution skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate companys products and benefits to senior management of the customer and engage then to win new business, and / or expand existing business

Assisting in preparation of Business Plan for the coming financial year.

Regular business updates at department level and / or as specified.

Revenues from existing accounts to grow as per department targets.

New customers to be acquired as per targets for the department.

Number of instances of strategic products sold to be as per targets.

Understanding of overall biotech and manufacturing sector, industry trends and opportunities.

Ability to lead a team with extremely strong people management skills
