What You'll Do
• Conduct regular referral meetings with doctors to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Generate business through field sales activities across clinics and healthcare centres.
• Demonstrate proven field sales and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain and leverage an existing network of dispensaries and medical professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network across assigned territories in Bangalore.
• Plan and execute market campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
