Job Title: Business Development Executives/ Managers

3 BDE and 2 BDM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective patients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand patient requirements and explain relevant treatments and services.
• Schedule consultations and consistently follow up with leads.
• Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly consultation, conversion and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with doctors and centre teams for a smooth patient experience.
• Demonstrate strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Be energetic, persuasive and highly target-focused.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales or patient counselling.
• (Fresher with strong communication is also welcome to apply)
• Strong English communication skill is a MUST
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or hospitality is preferred.
• Good follow-up, negotiation and conversion skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
