Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and researching potential clients in the BFSI industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development Management in the Facility Management Services industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue through effective client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector's unique challenges and regulations; ability to apply this knowledge to develop targeted sales strategies.
