CTC: As per Industry standard, with sales incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development activities for specialised industrial products and solutions.
• Generate inquiries and business opportunities from power utilities and OEMs, including NTPC, State owned Power plants, Adani and BHEL, along with refineries, steel, cement and similar process industries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business expansion.
• Identify and develop new customers, applications and markets across India.
• Handle customer discussions, understand requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
• Handle sales opportunities from inquiry to order conversion.
• Work closely with regional branches and internal teams for lead generation, customer follow-up and business development.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure proper tracking of leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at plant, regional office and head office levels.
• Travel extensively across India for customer meetings, site visits and business development activities.
• Manage and promote multiple product lines effectively.

Products / Solutions:

1. Suspended powered access systems.

2. Quick-erect aluminium scaffolding and access solutions.

3. Acoustic Steam Leak Detection Systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5–10 years in sales of industrial technical equipment to power generation or process industries.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic understanding of power plants, process industries and industrial equipment, along with an understanding of the general purchase and procurement process.
• Good customer handling, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates with experience in industrial sales, technical sales or business development will be preferred.
• Candidates having existing contacts with power utilities, PSUs or process industries will have an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
