Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Tamil/Kannada Business Development & Sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Drive client acquisition, lead conversion, sales performance, and revenue growth.
• Monitor daily team activities, leads, conversions, collections, and overall sales performance.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve sales productivity and achieve targets.
• Ensure timely and professional service/support to paid clients as per company processes.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance updates to management.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies, team requirements, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure all client communication and sales activities follow the companys approved processes and compliance requirements.
• Take ownership of achieving the overall monthly team target and improving team performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Team Handling.
• Prior experience in stock market, financial services, trading, research services, or related industries preferred.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Tamil/Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
