About this role
- Identify and analyze government tenders, e-procurement opportunities, and PSU requirements.
- Evaluate tender eligibility, scope, feasibility, risks, and commercial viability.
- Monitor upcoming and active tenders and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Manage end-to-end tender preparation and submission, including technical and financial bids.
- Prepare cost estimates, RFP/RFQ documentation, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Technical teams, vendors, consultants, and consortium partners for required documents and bid preparation.
- Handle pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications, negotiations, and government/PSU coordination.
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and ongoing tenders along with organizational credentials and previous supply details.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, e-tendering guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage EMD, tender security, performance guarantees, and other statutory/non-statutory documents.
- Coordinate post-tender activities, including contract finalization, compliance, and project execution follow-up.
- Prepare Consortium Agreements, MOUs, and related documentation with consortium partners.
