Job Description Business Development Manager

• Manage and lead the Business Development & Marketing Team.
• Drive Direct & Referral Marketing to increase patient footfall.
• Develop relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and institutions.
• Generate new patient referrals and business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits, health camps, and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned patient footfall and revenue targets.
• Monitor team performance and maintain regular reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Referral Marketing.
• Strong communication, leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
