Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
  
• Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive sales growth.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field (B2C/B2B).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Marketing specialization preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of compressors, gas engines, gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, and other industrial equipment/machinery products.
