Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Pitch StoryMirror's publishing, content, and marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and convert opportunities into sales.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and drive conversations towards closure.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

Mandatory Experience

• 6–12 months of prior experience in the publishing, content, media, literary, or digital content industry is mandatory.
• Candidates without relevant publishing/content industry experience will not be considered.
• Candidates with more than 5 years of experience need not apply

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with regular outbound calling and sales targets.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/spreadsheets.
• Interest in books, literature, and content is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven but understands content — someone who can speak to a potential client, understand their requirements, identify the right StoryMirror offering, and convert the conversation into a business opportunity.

Location: Mumbai | On-site

Experience: 6–12 months relevant experience

Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA
