About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with similar product knowledge/in a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities and market segments
- To work with Real Estate/ layout developers/Builders/architects in and around Bangalore
(Urban Rural) - Promote company products and ensure empanelment with key clients and institutions
- Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into successful orders
- Identify and actively participate in potential business expos, trade fairs, and industry
events - Explore new markets and contribute to the development and expansion of the client base
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
