Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across gyms, fitness centres, hotels, corporates, institutions, dealers and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits and negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales reports, CRM/MIS and regular pipeline updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in fitness equipment, sports, consumer durables, hospitality or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and confident in handling client meetings.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.
