Creative Code Productions is a Bangalore-based creative production house. We create Brand Films, Corporate Videos, Product Videos, Advertisements, Photography, Design, and Marketing Content for brands.

What you'll do

• Find and connect with potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, research, and outreach.
• Understand client requirements and introduce our creative and video production services.
• Pitch our services and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Follow up with leads and clients regularly.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in talking to and pitching clients.
• Strong lead generation and sales skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Media Company, or Video Production House is preferred.
