8. Connecting with key retailers for working on their user’s

development.

9. Driving focus product sales at key retailers.

10. Executing retailers specific needs based activity for User conversion.

Training & Development

11. Providing training to sales officers & end users (Product Knowledge /

Application Training / Planning & Implementation of Market

Development Module / Conducting User Development Meets)

12. Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and

take corrective action for development on market development

areas.

Launching & Promotion of new

Products

13. Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.

14. Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch

15. Providing market & users feedback of new launches

16. To conduct market research and collect systematic feedback from
