Business Development Manager
Looking for a female candidate preferably Keralite with 1-2 years of experience in IT/ERP Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present suitable ERP solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle until project closure.
- Coordinate with the Functional and Technical teams during requirement discussions and project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and client information in the CRM.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business exhibitions when required.
- Ensure a smooth transition of projects from the sales phase to the implementation team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of ERP solutions and business processes (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, IT services, or software sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is preferred.
