Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, saving accounts, CASA, and other liability products.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to expand the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retain existing clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in retail branch banking or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of current account, saving account, CASA, and other liability products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
