Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Development professional with strong experience in the Renewable Energy sector to drive PAN-India growth for our Engineering Consultancy business covering Project Management Consultancy, Technical Due Diligence, Third-Party Inspection, Testing, Certification, Techno-Commercial Feasibility, and Quality Assurance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive PAN-India business development across Solar, Wind, BESS, Hybrid and other Renewable Energy projects
• Identify new projects, customers and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Renewable Energy developers, EPCs, OEMs, manufacturers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and order closure.
• Develop market intelligence and track upcoming Renewable Energy projects, industry trends, and competition.
• Manage key accounts and drive repeat business and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution of critical projects and resolution of client-related issues.
• Identify additional business opportunities within ongoing projects.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and MIS for management.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Renewable Energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the Renewable Energy industry and project ecosystem.
• Established industry network and proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel across PAN India.
