Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other
  platforms targeting USA, UK, Canada, and similar international markets.
  • Handle the full sales cycle including lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal
  development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key decisionmakers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client
  needs in different regions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to tailor offerings to international
  clients.
  • Ensure all sales activities are documented in the CRM system with high accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and international market
  regulations
  

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in international sales, especially with clients in the USA, UK,
  Canada, and other global markets.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working during night shifts to support global time zones.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
