Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the courier/logistics industry.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand existing accounts and generate referrals.
• Analyze sales data to optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and inform future business decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry or related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective business plans for growth.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation management systems (TMS) software applications.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
