Role & responsibilities

• Target Oriented personality with go-getter attitude, problem solving, proactive personality, strong flair for convincing, driving sales and winning new logos, market penetration, should be well versed with competition landscape and their business model.
• Keen to learn.
• Strong Experience & Connects in Client interfacing roles across levels including CXO / Senior and Middle Management Client
• Exposure to BFS industry
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of industrys leading applications, tools and technology
• Proactively communicates, collaborated and offers resolution
• Prepare weekly and monthly decks highlighting performance, achievements, areas of improvement and action items to address any gaps

Willing to travel across India at short notice

• Good subject matter experience across BFSI, especially Insurance including creation of technical and Commercial proposal, Client Portfolio and Annual Reviews, After Sales Service, Strong client relationship building
• Conduct ongoing industry research and strengthen the training content through creation of use cases and solutions
• Ensuring Knowledge Management and competency build through preparation of domain content and knowledge repository

Coordinate with various internal teams and stake holder management, Logistics for round table conference, industry seminar, monitoring and tracking of completion status
