Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and guide a field sales team of 15-25 members to ensure high performance and meet admission targets.
• Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations to drive enrolment and expand ORCHIDS' presence in the market.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with preschools and tutoring centers to support enrolment goals.
• Event Planning: Organize and host events to connect with potential leads and achieve targets.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare marketing reports to ensure targets are met and inform future strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Strong communication skills to articulate school values convincingly.
• Excellent convincing skills to inspire confidence in the schools vision.
• Energetic and target-driven mindset.

Details:

• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).  
• Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off)
