Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales growth, client acquisition, site visits, project presentations, deal closures, team coordination, and business development activities. This is a target-driven leadership role focused on revenue generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through client meetings, site visits, and closures.
• Manage end-to-end client interactions from lead generation to registration.
• Conduct project presentations and explain pricing, offers, and financing options.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, banks, and legal teams.
• Lead and guide BDM Associates in field operations and documentation.
• Support events, client meet-ups, corporate campaigns, and brand promotion activities.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates, reporting, and compliance with RERA/company policies.
• Oversee documentation, loan coordination, KYC verification, and agreement processes.

Monthly KPI Targets

• Client Meetings: 60/month
  • Site Visits: 30/month
  • Closures (Bookings): Minimum 2/month
  • Events Organized/Supported: 2/month
  • CRM Update Compliance: 100%
  • Team Coordination & Event Support: Mandatory

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Experience in sales, real estate, business development, or client management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage field operations, client relationships, and team coordination.
