Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in IT staffing services, focusing on new client acquisition and lead generation.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients through effective sales techniques and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 12-14 years of experience in IT staffing or related field with a proven track record of success in business development.
• Strong understanding of domestic staffing industry dynamics, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to generate leads through various channels (e.g., social media, events) and convert them into paying customers.
