Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in government tenders and projects.
• Manage the entire tender process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals that meet client requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in winning government tenders or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of tender analysis, evaluation, management, project tracking, projections, and proposal writing.
