Apolis is looking for a Sales Manager Indian Staffing Business to accelerate growth across Permanent, Contract & RPO hiring.
Role & responsibilities
New client acquisition across IT/ITES, GCCs & Enterprise
• Strategic relationships with TA Heads, HR Heads & CHROs
• Lead generation meetings proposals closures
• Account growth, cross-selling & revenue expansion
• Strong collaboration with delivery teams
• Building and owning a high-value sales pipeline
Preferred candidate profile
5-12 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Sales, strong B2B business development skills, excellent communication & negotiation, and most importantly, a hunter mindset with a passion for winning.
