Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with premium Architects, Interior Designers, Associates, Developers, and Kitchen OEMs.
• Develop and maintain firm-wise, architect-wise, and project-wise databases and sales pipelines.
• Conduct product presentations, brand awareness sessions, and technical discussions to drive product specifications.
• Ensure product sampling, displays, and visibility across architect studios, design firms, and kitchen experience centres.
• Drive specifications and brand selection across all Haique product categories, including Quartz.
• Coordinate with stockists and dealers to convert specifications into retail and project billing.
• Manage project sales from lead generation and BOQ specification to approvals, order execution, and billing.
• Identify and develop high-value opportunities with developers, consultants, architects, and owner residences.
• Track project stages, opportunity values, specifications, order funnels, and Won/Lost analysis through CRM.
• Drive both specification generation and billing contribution, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Support dealers with sampling, product training, lead closures, and secondary sales.
• Promote new products based on MOQ feasibility and market potential.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years of experience in Architect/Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Building Materials.
• Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, Consultants, and kitchen OEMs.
• Strong understanding of Quartz, Surfaces, Building Materials, Kitchen & interior products is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate specifications, manage projects, and convert leads into sales/billing.
