Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in Freight Forwarding / Logistics to drive business development, acquire new customers, and grow existing accounts across the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Generate leads through market mapping, networking, references, and direct sales.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, and related logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations, pricing, and customer service teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Strong understanding of Air & Sea Freight, Import/Export, and logistics services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and customer acquisition.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Candidates with an existing customer network will be preferred.
