Business Development Manager

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite)

1. Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline for the assigned product(s), based on business requirements.
2. Measure daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to meet organizational expectations.
3. Conduct daily team huddles to brief and motivate the team on individual and team targets.
4. Own the overall training and quality of the sales team. Provide training interventions and feedback in coordination with the Product Team.
5. Monitor self-performance while contributing to overall team performance, tracking key metrics such as conversion rate, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
6. Analyze and share insights on customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the Marketing Team in consultation with senior members of the Sales Team.
7. Provide prompt reports on crucial issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
