We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our growing semiconductor business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Semiconductor / VLSI / ASIC / SoC services or solutions, with the ability to identify new opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and business development
• Identify and develop opportunities with Semiconductor, Fabless, OEM and Technology companies
• Build relationships with Engineering, Procurement and senior business stakeholders
• Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and closure
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecast
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to create customer-specific solutions
• Grow existing strategic accounts and identify new engagement opportunities
• Represent the organization at semiconductor industry events and customer meetings

Preferred Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor/VLSI Business Development or Sales
• Good understanding of ASIC, SoC, IC Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT and related semiconductor services
• Proven experience in new-logo acquisition and account growth
• Strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working with revenue targets
