About this role
Job Description
To get business done in the hospital network by value proposition and brand promotion.
Participation in Medical camps, CME programmes, Conferences, Exhibitions,
promotional activities, etc.
Liaising with advertising agencies or Roll out departments for positioning
advertisements / flexies / back drop, hoardings, etc. Exploring and participating in
events that would promote business.
Participating and sponsoring National or International Seminars related to the business
activity thus getting new business relationship.
Organizing meetings with doctors and maintaining data bank.
Briefing doctors about the value proposition and answering their queries.
Updating and approaching referrals
Working on new business initiatives by exploring the market.
Establishing tie-ups with potential nursing homes / clinics / hospitals to maximize
business
Ensuring maximum doctor satisfaction,
Understanding the doctors’ requirements and customizing services
accordingly
Observing new marketing strategies from time to time.
Market mapping and understanding the market for planning and meeting new doctors.
Developing communication skills and adopting the same when meeting doctors.
Daily observing new counter performance and reporting to the Management.
Maintaining and sending reports to the Management periodically and incidentally.
Job Specification
Should have decision making ability
Having a good doctor’s exposure.
Exposure in ophthalmology segment is an added advantage or from optical industry
background.
Should be flexible in travelling across locations assigned.
Good exposure in market Research & Analysis.
