Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, drive store sales, and provide an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays and proper store merchandising.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, labelled, and organized.
• Assist with billing, payments, exchanges, and returns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and current promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and confident personality.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
