Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, convert and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues
• Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
• Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
• Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
• Timely customer support for trials and development
• Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications.
• Travel Pan India for business activities

Requirements :

• CIPET /B.Tech/B.E in Polymers, Plastics, Chemical
• Candidates must be from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
• A minimum of 2 years of Sales & Business Development experience in Selling Masterbatches, Additives, compounds, etc
• Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections
• Fluency in English is essential;
