Business Development Manager-Work from Home

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team.
• Drive the team towards achieving assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve productivity and conversions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Support team members in handling challenging customer conversations and closing deals.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans where required.
• Ensure adherence to the sales process, quality standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Work closely with senior management to share performance updates, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, or a similar revenue-generating role.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Prior experience in managing and leading a team of at least 10 members, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.
• Strong experience in team performance management and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable working with ambitious sales targets.
