Business Development Manager(VLSI)

Technical sales and strategy leader responsible for expanding a company's market share. This role acts as a bridge between high-level engineering capabilities and commercial growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for semiconductor products and develop long-term go-to-market strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with C-level executives, Tier 1 OEMs, System Integrators, potential IP providers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Pipeline & Deal Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualifying opportunities to negotiating high-value contracts and closing deals
• Ecosystem Development: Cultivate partnerships with external ecosystem players, including IP vendors, EDA tool providers, and OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test).

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA is often preferred.
• Experience: Typically 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on technical sales, account management, and product marketing.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of embedded markets, (e.g., Industrial, Consumer, automotive, AI infrastructure).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
